Bubbly Summer Meet-up – Saturday, July 26, 2025, from 12:00 to 17:00!

Welcome to the most relaxed and inspiring crafting event of the summer in sunny Viikki, Helsinki! This meet-up combines all the best things a perfect summer day can offer – creativity, green surroundings, the soft flow of watercolors, like-minded company, and of course, some bubbly drinks!

What’s included in the day?
We’ll kick off the day at MIC & MIM Premium Paper Shop's cozy workshop space with a guided watercolor session, where you can freely explore the world of watercolors – no pressure, no expectations. This workshop is suitable for everyone – no previous experience needed!

After playing with watercolors, we’ll head together to a nearby park to enjoy the summer day, good company, and a light picnic. During the picnic, you can continue your watercolor fun, do other crafting activities, or simply relax and enjoy the bubbly drinks and light summer snacks.

Who is this for?
This event is perfect for anyone who loves crafting, creativity, and easy-going summer vibes. No prior experience is required – just bring your curiosity and good mood!

Materials:
All essential materials for the watercolor workshop are provided. You are welcome to use the available supplies freely during the event. The only personal item needed for the workshop is your own set of watercolors.

After your purchase:
Once you book your spot via our online store, you will receive more detailed information about the event, its content, and schedule by email. This information will be sent collectively to all registered participants at the beginning of the event week.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to hello@micandmim.com no later than five (5) business days before the event. For cancellations made after this deadline, the participation fee will not be refunded.
The last day to cancel and receive a refund is Monday, July 21, 2025, by 23:59.

Organizer's right to cancel:
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event in the following cases:

• Insufficient number of participants: A minimum of 8 participants is required. If this number is not reached, the event may be canceled.
• Illness or force majeure: If the instructor becomes ill or an unexpected situation beyond the organizer’s control prevents the event from taking place, it will be canceled.
  In such cases, registered participants will be notified by email, and any participation fees paid will be refunded in full. The organizer will inform participants of cancellations as soon as possible after the situation is confirmed.
