Spring is in the air! - Mixed Media Workshop Sat 29 March 2025!

In this workshop, you’ll dive into the fascinating world of mixed media, all wrapped in a spring-inspired atmosphere! Whether you’re an experienced crafter or a complete beginner, you’ll learn exciting mixed media and composition techniques that you can apply to your own creative projects later on.

Workshop Content

During the workshop, you’ll learn how to layer colors and patterns and add different types of media to your artwork. By the end of the day, you’ll have created a full art journal spread that welcomes you into the vibrant colors of spring!

Your finished work can be photographed in our dedicated social media booth, equipped with high-quality lighting and photography tools. You’ll be able to capture and share your favorite shots on your social channels!

Approx. 5+ hours

Workshop space, teaching, course materials, tools and supplies, as well as a delicious meal + coffee/tea/juice etc.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is designed for all skill levels - anyone interested in mixed media is welcome! No prior experience is required, and you do not necessarily need to bring your own supplies.

Materials

You are free to use all the materials and tools available at the venue. Some content and materials will be provided by the instructor, but you are not required to bring anything unless you prefer your own supplies.
To avoid waiting for shared tools, it might be smart to bring some of your own basic supplies.

After purchasing the workshop, you will receive an email with a recommended supply list, so you can bring along any favorite tools or materials if you wish. However, the venue will have all the necessary basic supplies available for you to use freely.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to hello@micandmim.com at least 5 business days before the workshop date. If you cancel later than 5 business days before the event, the course fee will not be refunded. The final date to cancel this workshop is Monday 24 March 2025 at 23:59.

Organizer’s Right to Cancel

The organizer reserves the right to cancel the workshop in the following situations:

• Insufficient number of participants:
  The workshop will be held if at least 8 participants register. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the workshop may be canceled.
• Illness or Force Majeure:
  If the instructor becomes ill or an unexpected, uncontrollable event prevents the workshop from taking place, the event will be canceled.

In these cases, all registered participants will be notified by email, and any prepaid fees will be refunded in full. The organizer will aim to inform participants of any cancellation as soon as possible once the situation becomes clear.
