ATC Workshop: Creativity and Card Trading

Welcome to an inspiring and relaxed ATC Workshop on Saturday, February 22, 2025, from 12:00 to 17:00!

This event is designed for all Artist Trading Card (ATC) enthusiasts, whether you are a beginner or an experienced creator. In the workshop, you’ll get to craft your own unique ATC cards using your own materials and take part in a card exchange, where your creations will find new homes.

You can arrive and craft anytime between 12:00 and 17:00 once you have purchased your ticket. Seats are limited, so be sure to secure yours in advance!

What’s included in the ticket price?

✔ A creative workspace in our workshop area
✔ Coffee, tea, juice, and light snacks
✔ Free access to available materials and basic tools
✔ A social media corner with quality lighting and equipment for photographing and sharing your artwork on social media
✔ ATC exchange starting at 16:00 for all workshop participants

This event is not a structured class, but rather a casual gathering place for creativity and ATC card enthusiasts. You can work at your own pace, enjoy the company of other crafters, and exchange tips and ideas. A workshop guide will be present throughout the event to offer assistance and inspiration if needed.

ATC Exchange:

To participate in the official ATC exchange, each attendee must bring at least 18 completed ATC cards. The cards must be your own, handmade creations. Cards made on-site can also be traded during the official exchange.

Important Information for Participants:

• Bring your own crafting materials, but feel free to use the supplies and tools available at the venue. A suggested material list will be sent to all registered participants via email a few days after purchasing a ticket.
• Feel free to bring your own snacks and meals. You may also leave the venue to eat at nearby restaurants or visit the local K-Supermarket during the event.
• The event is limited to 18 participants, so book your spot early!

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to hello@micandmim.com at least 5 business days before the event. If canceled later than this, the participation fee will not be refunded.
Final cancellation date: Monday, February 17, 2025, at 23:59.

Organizer’s Right to Cancel the Event:

The organizer may cancel the event in the following cases:

• Insufficient number of participants: The event will take place if at least 8 participants have registered. If fewer than 8, the event will be canceled.
• Force majeure: If the organizer or venue becomes unavailable due to unexpected circumstances (e.g., illness), the event will be canceled, and participation fees will be fully refunded.
