Ordering
How do I place an order?
Easy peasy. Just browse around, add your favorites to the cart, head to checkout, pop in your info, and pick a payment method. You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is in the system.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Maybe! If we haven’t packed it yet, we can probably tweak it. Shoot us a message ASAP to hello@micandmim.com and we’ll do our best. Oh, and remember: discount and gift codes can’t be added afterward—use them before hitting "Pay Now"!
Ordering from outside the EU? Great news – we ship worldwide. Here’s how it works:
Your order will be shipped VAT-free (0%) – the prices in our webshop update automatically once you’ve entered a non-EU delivery address. You’ll be responsible for any local taxes, customs fees, or import duties your country might charge.
The good news? We’ll pack and send your order with lots of love – and super safe packaging!
Shipping
When will my order ship?
We typically pack and ship orders on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays - more or less within 2–5 business days. During peak times (like holidays or when we're running on coffee fumes), it might take a little longer.
Got pre-order items in your cart? We'll send everything out once all products are in stock.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your goodies are on the move, we’ll send you a tracking code via email. Click it, and watch your parcel travel like a mini adventure movie.
Do you ship internationally?
Yep, we sure do! Whether you're near or far, we’re happy to send our goodies your way.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, indeed! If you're near Helsinki, you can swing by our MIC & MIM Premium Paper Shop in Viikki. We'll email you when your order is ready and waiting with a smile.
How much is shipping?
Ah, the big question! Shipping fees depend on where you are and how fast you want your package.
You'll see all delivery options and prices at checkout after entering your address and contact details. No surprises – just transparent pricing and speedy delivery magic.
Payments
What payment methods can I use?
You’ve got options! We accept credit/debit cards, online bank transfers, mobile payments andPayPal.
Is it safe to pay online?
Absolutely. Your info is secure with us—we use encrypted payment services like Paytrail and PayPal so everything stays protected.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return something?
You bet. If the item isn’t quite right, you’ve got 14 days to return it (you’ll just need to cover the return shipping). We recommend tracked shipping, and don’t forget to send us the tracking code. Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging. And remember to give us a heads up by email before returning anything - hello@micandmim.com.
What if my item is faulty?
Oh no! That’s on us. If something arrives damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return shipping. Just get in touch before sending anything back.
How do I return an item?
Drop us a message to hello@micandmim.com and we’ll send you all the return info you need.
When do I get my refund?
Once we get your return and check everything’s good, you’ll see the money back in your account within 5–10 business days.

Most of our wholesale goes through Faire, which makes life super easy. It’s secure, simple, and offers flexible payment terms.
