Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

Members of the loyalty program earn points from purchases made in the online store, which are converted into personal discount codes. Members may also receive loyalty offers and other benefits exclusive to program participants.

These loyalty program terms apply to the MIC & MIM online store (2935485-7) and consumers who join as members. By joining, you accept these terms and agree to comply with the currently valid conditions.

Membership

Membership in the loyalty program is free and available to individuals aged 18 and over. Each person can hold only one membership, which is valid indefinitely. You can join the loyalty program by creating a customer account at https://www.micandmim.com/account/register and accepting the loyalty program terms. Registered customers can join the program in the My Information section of their account.

You can terminate your membership at any time by contacting customer service or canceling it yourself in the "My Information" section of your account. Upon termination, any accumulated points and other benefits tied to the membership will be forfeited.

MIC & MIM (2935485-7) reserves the right to terminate a membership if the member has violated these terms, intentionally misused the loyalty program's point system, or if there is reason to suspect misuse of the program or membership.

Deleting your customer account and/or your data from the customer registry will automatically terminate your loyalty program membership. In such cases, all accumulated points and benefits will expire immediately.

Loyalty Points

By joining the loyalty program, you agree to receive monthly updates regarding your loyalty points balance.

Earning Points:

Joining 1000loyalty points

Purchases: 1 loyalty point for every

0,10 € spent.

Points earned for joining are granted only once per customer.

Points from purchases are accrued only when orders are placed while logged into your customer account. Points cannot be retroactively added to past orders or accounts. Points are calculated based on the value of the products in the order and do not include shipping fees or gift cards. Discounts may reduce the number of points earned. Points are granted upon order dispatch.

Canceled and returned orders will result in points being deducted retrospectively.

Personal Discount Codes

Accumulated points are converted into personal discount codes monthly, provided the points exceed the minimum threshold required for a code.

200 points for a 1,00 € discount code
400 points for a 2,00 € discount code
600 points for a 3,00 € discount code
800 points for a 4,00 € discount code
1000 points for a 5,00 € discount code
1200 points for a 6,00 € discount code
1400 points for a 7,00 € discount code
1600 points for a 8,00 € discount code
1800 points for a 9,00 € discount code
2000 points for a 10,00 € discount code
2200 points for a 11,00 € discount code
2400 points for a 12,00 € discount code
2600 points for a 13,00 € discount code
2800 points for a 14,00 € discount code
3000 points for a 15,00 € discount code
3200 points for a 16,00 € discount code
3400 points for a 17,00 € discount code
3600 points for a 18,00 € discount code
3800 points for a 19,00 € discount code
4000 points for a 20,00 € discount code

New discount codes are delivered to members' accounts monthly, and members are notified via email.

Discount codes are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance and must be used while logged into the customer account.

Codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Prosessing of Personal Data

We process your personal data in the loyalty program based on your consent. Data processed includes your name, address, email, phone number, purchase history, and any other information you provide. This data is used to provide benefits and offers based on your membership and for loyalty program marketing communications.

Changes to Terms

MIC & MIM (2935485-7) reserves the right to amend the loyalty program terms at any time. Changes will be communicated on the MIC & MIM website and/or via email. If you do not accept the changes, you may terminate your membership. Continuing to use the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

MIC & MIM (2935485-7) also reserves the right to terminate the loyalty program with one month's notice.

In the case of termination due to legal, regulatory, or other similar reasons, the program and memberships may cease immediately, resulting in the expiration of all points and benefits without compensation.
